Returns Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Seal is broken on arrival
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplements
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process
- After inspection, refund is approved
- Refund time: 5–7 business days
- Mode: Original payment method / bank transfer
Replacement
If product is damaged or wrong, replacement is shipped free of cost.
