Returns Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Seal is broken on arrival

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  • After inspection, refund is approved
  • Refund time: 5–7 business days
  • Mode: Original payment method / bank transfer

Replacement

If product is damaged or wrong, replacement is shipped free of cost.
